Paul Naphtali

Paul is an internationally experienced investor and senior marketing executive within technology businesses, having spent years living and working in Silicon Valley, the UK and Australia. Specialising in strategic communications, Paul was responsible for marketing and communications for a series of Silicon Valley and Israeli companies, including two acquired by Facebook, three acquired by large telcos and a NASDAQ listing. In 2013 Paul co-founded Rampersand to back early stage companies with outstanding teams and big visions. Since launch, Rampersand has raised 4 funds, with over A$100m in capital under management and 30+ portfolio companies.

TBDF Ventures LLC (TBDFV), the organizer of Beyond The Billion (BTB), is a company serving the global consortium of investors pledged to invest beyond $1bn collectively into women-founded technology companies and funds and firms that invest in them. BTB builds on the success of The Billion Dollar Fund for Women, the initial campaign co-founded by our founders.
