Founder(s)

Vik Lakhwara

Vikram Lakhwara has more than ten years experience evaluating and working with founders at every stage of their startupsÕ development. Growing up in Silicon Valley in its earliest days fostered VikÕs strong entrepreneurial mindset, large network and passion for disruptive technologies. As Manager, Startups & Venture Capital at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati [WSGR] – globally recognized legal advisor to some of the most innovative companies in technology (e.g. Google, Tesla, Salesforce] – he helmed the firmÕs most critical business development initiatives within the US startup ecosystem. This included building relationships and partnerships with key investors, facilitating deal flow for clients, advising the firm’s startup clients on financing strategy, and serving as the firm’s advocate in the startup ecosystem. Prior to WSGR, Vik was a venture capitalist at SK Telecom Ventures [SKTVC] Ð a $100M corporate venture capital fund focused on investments in mobile, internet and digital media. At SKTVC, Vik played an integral role on the fundÕs six-person investment team Ð participating in each step of the fund’s sixteen financings from sourcing and conducting due diligence to writing deal memos. Post deal execution, Vik worked closely with portfolio companies to help with everything from investor introductions and go-to-market strategy to recruiting and talent evaluation, partnership negotiation and execution with SK Telecom. The fund had eight exits – including Cue (acq. Apple], Kabam [acq. NetMarble], Mytopia [acq. 888 Entertainment], Schoolfeed [acq. Classmates], and SimOps (acq. Autodesk]. His career started as a consultant to Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies at Reinventures. Vik graduated from Vassar College with a BA in Economics.
