WHO WE ARE

Founded in 2014 by Mor Assia and Shelly Hod Moyal, iAngels is a women-led, next-generation venture capital firm and investment platform that leverages best-in-class due diligence, advisory, and network building for early-stage technology startups in Israel curated for accredited investors. Since inception, iAngels has raised over $200 million in assets under management, and invested in more than 65 companies across a range of verticals including Enterprise Software, Fintech, Cyber, Agtech, AI and Automotive. We have become one of the most active and recognized investors in Israel. Alongside the investment platform, iAngels launched iNgenuity, an institutional fund anchored by a significant commitment from the European Investment Fund, the European Union’s investing arm and one of the world’s largest institutional investors. Mor Assia is Founding Partner and Co-CEO of iAngels, and General Partner in the iNgenuity Fund. An Israeli high-tech insider, a graduate of the IDF’s elite intelligence unit 8200, Mor leads iAngels’ investment committee, deal screening, due diligence and portfolio management activities. Mor’s tech background with SAP, IBM and Amdocs has proven invaluable in assessing new technologies and her ability to deep dive with entrepreneurs into their business strategy and solution has created a strong foundation for relationship building. Mor has been instrumental in structuring and pricing investment rounds and consistently brings value add partnerships to help portfolio companies. Mor is a recognized investment expert in the areas of Fintech, AI and Automotive. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Technion, Israel’s Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Columbia University in NY. Mor mentors on several accelerator programs and serves as a board member for iAngels portfolio companies.

Shelly Moyal

Shelly Moyal An Israeli international finance and investment expert, Hunter College and Kellogg MBA graduate, leading iAngels growth with a compelling and scalable investment platform, sales and marketing engine, finance and management disciplines. Shelly’s experience with Goldman Sachs, UBS and Avenue Capital equip her to reality-test the growth plans of early-stage innovative companies, make data-driven Investment decisions, and architect deal terms so investors and entrepreneurs profit alongside each other. Shelly knows how to identify portfolio companies with high growth potential. She is an active investor who accelerates companies_ enterprise growth with marketing, recruiting, fundraising and business development connections. Shelly is a sought-after expert at international conferences about Israeli tech investing. She serves as a board member of multiple iAngels portfolio companies.
