Bootstrap’s experienced team has three ongoing funds and a history of + transactions representing €1Bn+ worth of investments over >250 companies across 12 European jurisdictions. To this the team added the acquisition of the German chapter of the former SVB.

Why are we taking the Beyond The Billion Pledge?

As investors and finance professionals we never saw ourselves as gendered and took it for granted that we were operating in a level playing field. However, the realisation that in 2018 we had raised more through our growth fund than the entire population of female founders in the UK was sobering and led us to want to support more diversity through our voices, our investments and our mentoring in the community.
