Who we are

Astia is a $100M early-stage venture fund investing in companies with women leaders. (Led by an investment from Mastercard, the Astia Fund will invest globally in high-growth companies that have at least one woman in an executive, equity-holding position.) The fund invests via the current Astia investment team and same proven, documented, repeatable process employed via Astia Angels.
A classically managed Fund whose management fees and carry support a 20-year-old 501c3, with a proven track record of attracting deal flow, providing support for entrepreneurs, and a majority-female investment team with more than 45 years collective private equity investment experience and 90+ financings completed together, and most notably a demonstrated ability to return capital to investors.
