Lally Rementilla is responsible for leading Quantius’ overall strategic direction, ensuring the optimal management and growth of our funds, and driving investor returns. Lally has more than 25 years of experience in executive roles in leading technology, media and telecom companies and has in invested in fast-growing start-ups. [email protected] Lally previously served as Vice President Finance at Nulogy Corporation, an award-winning software company where she raised more than CAD $10 million in equity and debt and ensured the efficiency of the company’s capital structure. She was also VP Finance at Lavalife Corp, where she played an instrumental role in selling the company for more than CAD $152 million and growing and launching a variety of voice, web, mobile and media businesses. Her career started at AT&T/Lucent Technologies Canada, where she held progressive positions leading up to Area Vice President Finance and Contract Management and helped drive more than $1 billion worth of telecom network buildout contracts and helped restructured a professional services organization to achieve profitability. Currently she is a board and investment committee member of Pique Ventures Investments, sits on the investment committee of Grand Challenges Canada and is a fellow in the Creative Destruction Lab. Lally is also the Canadian lead of The Billion Dollar Fund for Women Ð a global consortium of venture capital funds and institutional limited partners that aims to deploy more than $1 billion in capital to female founded companies globally. She holds a Master of Business Administration (York University) and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Cum Laude (Ateneo de Manila University). She is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
